To Know How To Lucid Dream

To know how to lucid dream, the first and most important point to understand is that we are awake at all times. The brain, therefore, has to be aware of what we are doing and be able to communicate that to our physical body. In other words, the brain cannot go into some kind of trance when we are awake, but if we are asleep, the brain can communicate with our physical body.

To learn how to lucid dream, we must first understand the basic ideas that go behind dreaming. Most people have heard about dreams as being full of mystery and meaning. They also say that we don’t really remember most of the dreams we have while we are sleeping.

However, they do not realize that the brain does keep track of our dreams and that we can remember most of the dreams we have while we are asleep. A common misconception is that we only remember the dreams we have while we are awake. Of course, the problem is that most of the time, the brain of a person is in deep sleep. Therefore, the chances are greater that the dreamer is not even aware of what is going on.

When you learn how to lucid dream, you will be able to do that. You will be aware of your dreams, and that is where all the magic is.

The Important Things To Remember

As already mentioned, the most important thing to remember is that the brain will be involved in our ability to lucid dream. It is what makes the entire process possible. Without it, the entire process would be impossible.

In order to experience a lucid dream, the way we think and the way we believe are the two things that can be affected. Many people believe that they can control the way they think, but they are wrong. It’s all in our minds.

The basic idea is that we are aware of everything we do, and that is the basis of the entire process. The way we are when we are asleep is very different from how we are when we are awake. Because of this, when we are awake, we can think and act differently than we do while we are asleep.

To illustrate, think about an example: Imagine a tennis match between two professional players. If they play at the same time, each player plays his best game, playing it according to the rules of the game. However, in the early stages of the game, when both players are still developing their game, the other is way ahead. There is no way that the other can catch up, and neither of them is thinking about winning the game.

The Opponent

The opponent is thinking about putting up their best shots and hoping that the other cannot get to them and thus get points for themselves. In such a situation, how would you react? Obviously, you wouldn’t think much and would simply end up losing the game. This is a basic example of how to lucid dream.

Let us assume that the opponent is in the awake state, and they are dreaming at the same time. The game can still proceed, but the rules have changed. Even though the rules have changed, the opponent’s mental processes have not changed, and so the game can still be won.
