Lucid Dreams Definition – What Is It

vivid dreams definition

Is there such a thing as lucid dreams? I believe there is! There is a wide-ranging discussion on the Internet about what is meant by lucid dreams definition.

For me, the dream definition of vivid is defined as anything that makes you jump out of your skin. I can remember having dreams about the worst things that could happen in my life. It was really scary to see that I was just dreaming about things I would never even think about.

What Are Lucid Dreams

The vivid dreams definition for me was something like this: I woke up in the middle of the night and my mind was racing. I couldn’t figure out who was coming over for dinner or why. I was sweating bullets and my heart was pounding a little too hard. So I grabbed a pen and paper out of my bedside table and wrote down every detail that happened to me while I was asleep.

I ended up getting a book on lucid dreaming and reading it right then and there while I was still drowsy and dreaming about the things I wanted to write about. When I woke up, my mind was empty. I didn’t remember having a dream. It was all me. It was all that happened.

Know Its Pattern

So I decided to take a different approach with the dream definition. I went online to see what other people thought about it. I found a website where they had some forums and users were posting their answers to questions they had about the dream definition.

There was lots of talk about whether you are awake or you are dreaming when you have a dream. The people I read on this forum agreed that you are awake during a lucid dream, but that you don’t really know you are dreaming until you get to the second phase of sleep, which is REM.

People on this forum said that when you are in a lucid dream, your brain doesn’t know you’re dreaming. and you can be pretty sure that you are dreaming when you get there.

Is It Scary

It was a lot like the definition for the dream state described above – you’re awake but you don’t really know you’re awake until you get to the second phase. This made sense to me, since dreams are real and so are lucid dreams.

So I was able to find a forum where I could find answers to any questions I had about the lucid dream. This gave me a better understanding of the term lucid dreaming. I could see that there was no need to know every detail about it in order to have a lucid dream. because I knew I was dreaming the whole time.

The lucid dream definition explained to me that I could wake up in the middle of the night and start having lucid dreams if I wanted to. I knew that I could have anything I wanted to in my dreams. Even a date with a movie star!

At first, I was skeptical. I still believed that the words vivid and lucid meant different things to different people, but after reading the forum posts, I started to think that maybe I was just dreaming. What I couldn’t figure out was how to have a lucid dream and have it stick around when I wake up.

After doing a little more research online, I was able to learn that lucid dreams weren’t real and that they were just a fantasy created by your mind. I still wasn’t sure about this, but it finally dawned on me that I was going to need to know how to induce lucid dreaming. in order to give myself a good start.
